  • Thanks for your sharing. There is Q1( part number DMG2305U) in the BOM, but not in the gerber. Does Q1 need to be installed?

yes it does. i will check out file.

We compared your latest gerber with the old gerber and found the following differences between the old gerber and the latest gerber: the old gerber does not have Q1, but has C7, C8, and U7. Our PCB is produced based on the old gerber. Do we need to refill the C7, C8, and U7? If so, can you provide the specific part number for C7,C8 and U7?

not sure how that happened since this is an older version.  but the regulator used is a UA78M33CKCS Regulator_Linear:LF33_TO220, and this version pcb needs c7 and c8.

  • The PCB I ordered has a completely different DMG2305U pattern than the current photo.

    https://datasheets.raspberrypi.com/pico/pico-datasheet.pdf

According to this, D on the DMG2305U should be connected to 5V, but there are three lands in series and a large land above them. The rightmost of the three consecutive lands is connected to +5. I have no idea how to solder it. Above this are 0.1μF in c7 and 0.33μF in c8.

  • The PCB I ordered is different from the current photo. It is not a DMG2305U but a 3.3V regulator such as AMS1117-3.3.
The three consecutive lands are connected to GND, Vsys, and apple's +5V.
